Abstract
目的 探讨万古霉素采用高效液相色谱法测定血药浓度效果。方法 本次实验应用外标法定量,经5%高氯酸处理万古霉素血浆样品,应用高效液相色谱法对血药浓度测定。结果 血浆中万古霉素在1.56-100.00mg·L^-1浓度范围时,具良好的线性关系,为0.33mg·L^-1检测限,1.56mg·L^-1定量限。为97.25%平均回收率,RSD为1.16%。高、中、低浓度RSD日内均值为1.31%,RSD日间均值为1.66%。结论 万古霉素采用高效液相色谱法对血药浓度测定,具取样量少、准确、快速、灵敏等优点,有较高应用价值。
 
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of high performance liquid chromatography on the determina- tion of serum drug concentration by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS The external standard method was used to determine the plasma concentrations of vancomycin in plasma samples. The plasma concentrations were determined by high performance liquid chromatography with 5% hydrochloric acid. RESULTS The plasma concentration of vaneomycin had a good linear relationship in the 1.56 - 100. 00mg·L^-1 concentration range, with 0. 33mg·L^-1 detection limit, 1.56mg·L^-1 quantitative limit. The average recovery rate was 97.25% , RSD was 1.16% ,daily average of High, medium and low concentrations RSD were 1.31%, average inter-day RSD was 1.66%. CONCLUSION The high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of plasma con- centration, with the advantages of less sampling, accurate, rapid and sensitive, has higher application value.
