dc.description.abstract目的调查分析门诊不合格处方原因,为规范处方管理,提高处方质量,促进合理用药,保障医疗安全,寻找改进问题的方案。方法使用门诊电脑系统,随机抽取我院2015年1-6月每个月2天的电子处方共计12235张,进行评价并给以统计与分析。结果不合理处方总计541张,占抽查总数的4.42%。其中不规范处方143张,用药不适宜处方398张。结论我院门诊处方基本合理,但有些方面仍需要进行改进和提高。
dc.description.abstractObjective Investigation and analysis of outpatient prescription unqualified reason, to regulate the prescription management, improve prescription quality, promote rational drug use, ensure medical safety, look for solutions to improve the problem. Methods Use outpatient computer systems, 12 235 prescriptions which were randomly sampled from outpatient department from January to June 2015 two days per month, evaluated and given statistics analysis. Results There were 541 irrational prescriptions, in the total was 4.42%, which have 143 non-standard prescription, and 398 inappropriate prescribing. Conclusion Outpatient prescription is basically reasonable, but some aspects still need to be improved and enhanced.
