Stability Analysis of A Combination of Diuretics

目的 通过实验讨论分析我院常用利尿合剂的配置稳定性以实现安全用药。方法 标准配置方法配置利尿合剂,测定混合药液及各成分的p H值,模拟不同配送和使用条件和不同配置顺序,定时记录温度和观察其澄明度。结果 室温不同光线的条件下,利尿合剂均为配置后7.5 h产生浑浊;冷藏的利尿合剂经过24 h仍为澄明液体,室外高温下配置后0.5 h即出现浑浊。在氯化钠注射液中先加入氨茶碱注射液而最后加入罂粟碱注射液的顺序配置的合剂稳定时间最长。结论 光线对利尿合剂的稳定性影响较小,温度和配置顺序对其影响则相对明显,建议注意配置顺序,冷链物流,输注时间缩短或将罂粟碱单独使用。Objective The stability of diuretic mixture used in our hospital was discussed and the safe use of drugs was discussed. Methods Standard configuration method for diuretic mixture, determined the pH value of mixed liquor and its components, simulated different distribution and usage conditions and different confguration sequences, recorded the temperature and observed its brightness. Results In two different lighting conditions at room temperature, both the two groups of combination were turbid in 7.5 hours after admixture. The refrigerated combination was still clear after 24 hours, and turbid after 0.5 hours in outdoor high temperature. Put the aminophylline injection first into the sodium chloride injection, and left the papaverine hydrochloride injection, took the longest time to get turbid. Conclusion Light has less effect on the combinations, but temperature and the sequence of admixture do more effect distinctly. The pH of the combination is strict required by papaverine hydrochloride injection. It is recommended that attention to the sequence of admixture, cold chain logistics should be used, the infusion time must be shortened or papaverine hydrochloride injection should be used separately.
