某院2013～2015年门急诊第二类精神药品处方分析

Abstract

目的了解2013~2015年第二类精神药品在某院的使用现状和趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法对某院2013~2015年门急诊应用的第二类精神销售金额、药品用量、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用进行统计分析。结果某院2013~2015年使用的第二类精神药品有8个品种,其中口服剂6种,注射剂2种。2013~2015年第二类精神药品销售总金额分别为91 248.26元、74 173.04元、55 011.42元。用量逐年递减,其中曲马多缓释片用量最大,连续3年排第1位,且3年DDDs均排第1位;苯巴比妥片DDC值最小。结论某院2013~2015年第二类精神药品以口服药物为主,结构合理。

Objective To provide reference for rational application in clinic of type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs. Methods The application of type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs in our hospital during 2013-2015 was analyzed statistically in respects of consumption amount, consumption sum, DDDs, defined daily cost(DDC), etc. Results 8 type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs were used in our hospital during 2013-2015, including 6 oral preparations and 2 injections. The consumption sum of drugs during 2013-2015 were 91 248.26 Yuan,74 173.04 Yuan and 55 011.42 Yuan. The number of type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs decreased year by year, and the amount of tramadol retard tablets was the largest and took up the first place in 3 years. DDDs of tramadol retard tablets also occupied the first place in the list of DDDs. DDC of Phenobarbital tablet was the smallest. Conclusion Type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs mainly are oral drugs and reasonable in structure in our hospital during 2013-2015.
