Abstract
随着医院信息化建设的不断发展,在建设和深化HIS、LIS的同时,对PACS系统的要求也越来越高,建设一个医技医疗信息集成平台,以解决医院医技信息系统所包含的放射、心脏彩超、检验、病理、内镜、彩超、心电、耳鼻喉镜、牙片、放疗等信息系统的集成问题,消除医技业务系统的信息孤岛,实现影像及报告数据的统一管理和集中展现及各业务系统医技闭环流程的集中展现,方便医技科室或临床科室的医生通过WEB全面、完整的了解患者在医院不同医技科室、不同时间的医技检查、检验信息和状态,提高临床工作的质量和效率尤为重要。
 
With the development of hospital information construction,meanwhile in the construction and deepening of HIS and LIS,requirements of PACS system are increasingly challenging. The construction of a medical health information integration platform is very important,which can integrate radiology,cardiac ultrasound,examination,pathology,endoscopy,ultrasound,ECG,ear nose laryngoscope,radiograph,radiograph,etc,and eliminate the “information island” in the medical service system. It achieves unified management of image and report data,and can show closed-loop operational process of the medical system in the manner of centralized display. Through Web it is convenient for a medical department or clinical departments to know comprehensively and completely the patients’ information of the medical examinations from different medical departments at any time in state hospitals.
