Is the New Curriculum Reform Successful
Abstract
从"事实"层面看,新课程改革被"成功"地推行了下去;但从"价值"层面看,课改精神是否真的做到了有效普及,还令人存疑;至于通过新课改来扭转"应试教育"的这一初衷,则更是远未实现。当新课改试图"走在高考改革前面"的时候,就自然无法对应试教育产生根本性的撼动,因而从这一"改革基因"来看,新课改在"价值"上短期内是难以成功的。在"考选世界"的现实背景下,即便有了新高考改革的配合,新课改依然困难重重。我们需要的是可以引领课程改革的高考命题技术改革。 Although the new curriculum reform has been put into effect, its effectiveness remain in doubt from the level of value. As for the original intention of reversing exam-oriented education through introducing new curriculum reform, it is far from being realized. Without bring college entrance examination reform into effect at the first place, new curriculum reform could hardly shake up the exam-oriented education system and therefore could hardly succeed in the short term. In the exam-oriented world, new curriculum reform is beset with difficulties despite the new college entrance examination reform. What we need is a college entrance examination reform which could lead the curriculum reform.
