Research on University Library Volunteers Based on the “Satir Iceberg Theory”--Taking Fujian Province as an Example

本文以在福建省六所大学图书馆工作的学生志愿者为研究对象,用“萨提亚冰山理论”设计方案,通过问卷调 查、个案研究等方法,了解志愿者群体的基本情况、动机、意愿等.论文认为,高校图书馆志愿者工作还有很大的提升空间, 关键在于加强沟通、引导创新、因人设岗,做到细分工作内容、关注志愿者个体、完善工作体系,才能充分发挥出图书馆志愿者工作的作用.Volunteers （ in our country, are mostly the combination of work and volunteer service with time certification） play an auxiliary role in much of university library basic work. It is worth further studying volunteers, own will, psychological needs, the ability to undertake more complex or creative work and other issues. The paper summarizes the rules from volunteer work to increase volunteers, participation, provide the basis for future recruit-ment, maintenance, evaluation, and improvement of volunteer teams, and ultimately enhance library service level. The paper takes the student volunteers of six university libraries in Fujian Province as the research objects, uses aSat- ir iceberg theory” design, questionnaire survey method and case study to understand the basic situation, motivation, and willingness of volunteer groups. There is much space for improvement in terms of university library, volunteer work,and the key work is to strengthen communication and innovation, set position by volunteers, divide work, pay attention to the individual, and improve working system.
