Dilemma of Individual-Family Cultivation Model for China Athletes: Conflict Between Two Systems

"个人—家庭"运动员培养模式是我国运动员培养多元化发展的重要组成部分,但这种培养模式在实际操作过程中却遭遇了尴尬。为了弄清"个人—家庭"运动员培养模式在发展过程中所遭遇的问题,通过质性研究的方法对我国17个采用"个人—家庭"模式培养运动员的家庭进行深入访谈。调查发现目前我国"个人—家庭"培养模式存在的主要问题表现在:"培养人"与"培养运动员"的矛盾问题;学习与训练时间的分配问题;教育与竞技体育的衔接问题和一些值得商榷的教育政策问题等。通过分析发现现有的教育体制和运动员培养体制之间的冲突是造成这些问题的主要原因之一,要解决两种体制之间的冲突,促进我国"个人—家庭"运动员培养模式的发展,必须处理好"培养人"的问题、高等教育的责任问题和教育与体育资源的分配问题等。解决教育体制与运动员培养体制的冲突问题是促进我国"个人—家庭"运动员培养模式发展的重要途径,同时以家庭为单位培养运动员对促进我国群众体育发展有着重要的意义。Individual-family cultivation model is an important part of plural models to cultivate athletes in China.But this model is facing some embarrassments in actual mechanical process. This paper analyzed these embarrassments through deep interview with 17 athlete families used individual-family cultivation model by the methods of qualitative research. The main problems are contradiction between trainers and cultivated athletes,time allocation between cultural lessons' learning and training,joint problem between education and competitive sports,and some negotiable education policy problems. The conflict between education system and athlete cultivation system is the main cause of these problems. The methods to solve these problems are cultivating talents,responsibility of university and resource allocation between education and sport. To solve the conflict between education system and athlete cultivation system is an important way to promote China individual-family athlete cultivation model development. And it has great meaning to promote China mass sports development. Solving the conflict between educational system and athletic-training system is an important aspect of improving individual-family cultivation model.Family cultivation model will improve the mass sports in China.
