欧亚高等教育一体化构想

Abstract

欧亚高等教育一体化的构想起源于地区社会经济发展,以欧洲博洛尼亚进程的认知和实践为基础。其目的是提高区域学术流动性,加强区域国家之间的相互了解,利用个体之间的交流促进区域发展合作。建设欧亚高等教育空间的工作已经展开,其中包括上海合作组织大学框架内的合作,但还需要进行进一步的理论研究。

The concept of Eurasian higher education integration has come from regional socio- economic development,based on cognition and practice of Bologna Process,which purpose is to improve regional academic exchange,strengthen mutual understanding among regional countries and promote regional cooperation by individual exchange.The work,including university cooperation within SCO,has been carried out,but still needs further theoretical support.
