dc.description.abstract知识在高等教育当中占据着核心地位,是人之所以为"人"的基础。"高等教育应该传授知识还是培养人"这一提法将二者人为地对立起来,却忘记了传授知识是培养人的重要途径。要让知识在人的培养当中发挥作用,必须努力将公共知识转化为个人知识,而这依赖于大学教师教学水平的提升。
dc.description.abstractKnowledge defines a man and the transmission of which is the core task of the university.The debate whether higher education should spread knowledge or educate people is in fact groundless since teaching knowledge is the primary means of education. To return the transmission of knowledge to its essential place in education and to better help students to transfer public knowledge into personal knowledge, we must depend on the improvement of university teachers' professional proficiency.
