Lingnan Corridor: A Rediscovered Cultural Route

在岭南走廊的区域内留下了大量的历史遗产,其中线路遗产非常多,而且非常多样,包括古道、"新道"、水道、渠道、海上丝绸之路遗迹、民族与族群的交流与融合、多种宗教融合的遗存、海外移民的线路、与东南亚国家历史交流的遗迹、跨国跨界的共享文化遗产、语言与语种的丰富多样、大量非物质文化遗产、众多旅游资源与景观等等。此外还有许多待考和待评估的人文和自然资源,如地方宗教、地理地貌、动植物种群与种类等分类调研。都有待于深入的调研。本文以岭南走廊的线路遗产为例,以期配合我国"一带一路"战略。In the area of Lingnan(South of the Five Ridges) there are plenty of historical heritage, among which the very rich and diverse route heritage includes ancient roads, "new roads", waterways, channels, relics of Maritime Silk Road, relics of ethnic communication and integration, and of multi-religious integration, roads of China' overseas immigrants, heritage of historic exchange with countries of Southeast Asia, heritage of the transnational and transboundary shared cultural heritage, diverse languages, plentiful intangible cultural heritage, and abundant tourism resources and landscapes, and etc.. In addition, many humanity and natural resources to be verified to be evaluated such as local religions, geographies and landforms, species of plants and animals all needs investigating and surveying in depth and by classification. Thus this article takes the route heritage of Lingnan Corridor as a case study in the hope of supporting China's strategy of "the Belt and Road".
