国内外新形势迫使中国经济发展进入新常态。新常态视域下中国不仅要实现经济增长方式的转型升级,还要实现消费领域的转型升级。在我国成为世界第二大经济体这一新起点上,要实现由大国成为强国的目标,就必须培育理性健康的消费文化,以此引领中国经济社会健康和谐发展。The new situation at home and abroad has forced China's economic development into the new normal. In the vision of new normal, not only does China has to transform and upgrade its economic growth, but China has to the same in consumption. Based on the fact that China has became the second largest economic entity in the world, in order to shift China from one of the largest countries to a powerful nation, we must cultivate the rational and healthy consumption culture, thus lead the harmonious development of economy and society.
