我国城市扩张的特征及效率分析

Abstract

选取1984～2014年我国地级以上城市建成区面积的数据,在描述城市扩张现状的基础上分析我国城市规模演变的特征和效率。研究表明：在城市扩张特征方面,2000年以来,城市整体规模和增速不断加快,超特大城市的增长尤为明显,由此导致了城市间的均衡度不断下降;在城市扩张效率方面,城市建成区扩张的速度远高于人口的增长速度,城市扩张的效率较低,西部城市尤为明显。

Using the data of built-up area at the city level from 1984 to 2014,the paper describes the present status of urban sprawl and analyzes the characteristics and effi ciency. The results show that：in terms of characteristics,the growth rate of built-up area sprawl has been increasing since 2000,especially in the super-mega cities,which leads to the equilibrium degree of cities declines;in terms of effi ciency,the growth rate of built-up area sprawl is far higher than the population,which lead to the ineffi ciency of urban sprawl,especially in the western cities.
