Key Competencies： From Banishment of Knowledge to Returning of Knowledge

知识与素养并非二元对立，知识应该是素养生长的基础和平台。对素养的发展，不能寄望于通过削弱知识的地位来实现，而是要回归知识教学，让知识内化为学生个体的力量。知识的内化对教学质量提出了较高的要求，这就需要关注教学技术的更新和进步，并努力使其艺术化，使知识充分展现其魅力，让学生乐于学习，最终为素养发展打下坚实的基础。Presently, people have not got an agreement on the meanings of key competencies, but they all agree that knowledge should be replaced by competencies. However, knowledge is absolutely not the opposite of competencies, while actually is the basis of competences. Therefore, competencies development cannot be achieved by eliminating the importance of knowledge, but transforming knowledge into individual abilities. Knowledge internalization requires more in teaching that new techniques should be focused and used, and teaching should be more artistic so that knowledge acquiring can be interesting for students, laying solid foundation for their competencies develot）ment.
