Study on Curriculum Objectives and Curriculum Evaluation of Research Universities in China——Based on Undergraduates Learning Experience Survey of "985 Project" Universities
课程是高等教育过程的核心要素与基本载体,课程目标与高等教育理念及大学人才培养目标密切相关。基于"985工程"高校大学生学习经验调查研究发现,当前我国研究型大学在教学理念及课程目标的制定上均意识到培养学生批判性思维、运用、创新等高级认知能力的重要性,但在具体的实施与评价环节中,课程目标与课程评价脱轨严重,课程理念与实践方面存在巨大落差,应试教育与功利主义倾向突出,不利于学生形成深层学习方式。向课程要质量,实现课程的目标、实施与评价三者的一致性,优化课程考核方式,提升课程评价的科学性,是推进我国研究型大学培养拔尖创新人才的重要途径。Curriculum is the core element and the basic carrier of higher education. The curriculum objectives are closely related to the understanding of higher education and the mission of a university. Based on the investigation of the undergraduates from 985 Project Universities in China, the study finds that Chinese research universities have already been aware of the importance of cultivating students＇ critical cognitive ability such as critical thinking, application and innovation in the formulation of teaching ideas and curriculum objectives. However, there is a huge gap between curriculum ideas and practice. The examination-oriented and utilitarian tendencies is not conducive to students to form a deep learning. It is an important way to promote the cultivation of top - notch talents in research universities to enhance the quality of curriculum, to achieve the consistency of the objectives, implementation and evaluation of the curriculum, and to optimize the evaluation mode of curriculum.
