The Proposal and Practice of the Innovative Talents Cultivation Goal in Chinese Universities

知识经济时代呼唤高校培养大批创新人才,我国高校确立创新人才培养目标,顺应了知识经济时代要求。通过对相关政策文件梳理,发现我国高校正式提出创新人才培养目标是在第三次全教会上,之后被一系列重要文献强化,并进一步提出了具体的操作性意见,而研究性教学则是我国大学创新人才培养的明确指向。近些年虽然我国在研究性教学的理论和实践探索中取得了一定的成果,但仍然存在一些问题,突出表现在尚未对研究性教学形成一个明晰的操作性定义,大学＂重科研轻教学＂风气难以有效遏制。这说明,创新人才培养任重而道远。Knowledge-based economy era calls for universities to cultivate massive innovative talents, which makes Chinese Universities aim at cultivating innovative talents in order to meet the requirement. According to relevant policy documents, it can be found that the goal of cultivating innovative talents was officially promoted in the Third National Education Conference for the first time and has been intensified by important documents over and over again along with some specific practical suggestions for further step. Research-oriented teaching was the policy direction of the innovative talents cultivation in Chinese universities. Although research-oriented teaching has achieved some essential effects through theory exploration and specific practice, still some flaws exist, such as the lack of a clear practical definition and the school culture of highlighting research while underrating teaching, which indicates that cultivating innovative talents has a long way to go.
