The Construction and Development of Higher Education

高等教育特点及社会发展需求是我国必须开展高等教育研究的理论依据和现实依据。与国外不同,我国高等教育研究只有立足于学科范式,才能获得有力支持。起初,高等教育学的内在建制并不完善,而社会发展又亟需高等教育研究的指导,为此学科只能走由外而内的学科建设之路。通过依附、借鉴及自主创新,学科在外在建制和内在建制中取得了一定成绩。然而,高等教育学仍存在硕士生培养定位不清晰、理论未能有效指导实践、学科国际话语权弱等问题。所以,我国高等教育学的发展应做到三个坚持,即坚持学科立场、坚持理论指导实践、坚持对外开放。The features of Higher Education and the requirements of social development provide theoretical and realistic basis for our country to conduct researches on higher education. Different from foreign countries,only by being based on the discipline paradigm can researches on higher education gain strong support in our country. Due to the initial internal construction system of higher education was not perfect while the development of our society urgently needed the guidance of higher education,we could only take the road from outside to inside. Through the dependence,the reference and the independent innovation,the discipline has obtained certain achievements in the external organizational system and the internal organizational system. Whereas,we should keep in mind that there are several problems existing,such as the position of master＇s training is not clear,the theory is not effective to guide practice,and the international discourse power is weak. In the future,the development of Chinese higher education needs to adhere to three principles,insisting on the disciplinary stance,utilizingtheory guiding practice and persisting in opening up.
