Gender Consciousness and Female College Graduates' Employment Quality——Based on the Investigation of Five Colleges in Fujian Province

打破城乡、地区、行业分割和身份、性别歧视,维护劳动者平等就业权力,是坚持共享发展的一项重要内容。运用福建省五所高校大学生就业问题调查数据,从社会性别意识和女大学生个人性别意识两个层次,探讨性别意识与女大学生就业质量的关系。回归分析发现,社会性别意识和个人性别意识对女大学生就业质量均有较为显著的正向影响,即平等的性别意识有利于提高女大学生的就业质量。另外,社会性别意识对客观测度的女大学生就业质量影响更为显著,而个人性别意识对女大学生就业质量的主观测量作用较为突出。To break the urban and rural,regional,industry segmentation,eliminate gender discrimination,maintain the equal employment rights of workers,isan important content to sharing development. This paper uses the female survey data of five college graduates 'employment problem in Fujian province,analyze the relationship between gender consciousness and female college graduates' employment quality,from two levels of social gender consciousness and the female college students' individual gender consciousness. Regression analysis results show that individual's gender consciousness and social gender consciousness all have positive influence on female college graduates' employment quality. That is equal gender consciousness is conducive to improving female college graduates' employment quality. In addition,individual gender consciousness has a more prominent effect on the subjective measurement model,but social gender consciousness has a greater influence on the objective measurement model.
