影响非农工作者主观幸福感的因素研究
A Study on Factors Influencing Subjective Well-being of Non-Agricultural Workers
Abstract
已有研究发现工作家庭冲突会削弱人们的主观幸福感。不过,目前尚不清楚工作家庭冲突对主观幸福感的负面效应在不同的社会情境中能否保持稳定,还是会受文化因素的影响发生变化。通过对中国综合社会调查(CGSS)获得的问卷数据的分析非农工作者主观幸福感的影响因素,可以发现:1.不同群体的非农工作者的主观幸福感存在明显差异,而社会经济地位是导致该差异的一个重要因素;2.工作家庭冲突会对非农工作者主观幸福感产生负面影响;3.对传统"男主外女主内"性别分工观念的高度认可,能够缓和工作家庭冲突对主观幸福感的负面影响程度。因此,应有针对性地提升非农工作者的主观幸福感。 Existing research has found that work-family conflict reduces subjective well-being. However,whether the negative impact of work-family conflict is stable or not in different social situations and cultures has not been tested. Based on CGSS data,this study examines the factors influencing non-agricultural workers' subjective well-being and finds that:( 1) there are significant differences among different groups of non-agricultural workers,with socio-economic status being an important factor;( 2) work-family conflict negatively influences non-agricultural workers' subjective well-being; and( 3)embracing the traditional concept of gender labor division reduces the negative impact of work-family conflict on subjective well-being. Therefore,non-agricultural workers' subjective well-being should be enhanced with the right measures.
