Modified epoxy resin ultra-thin intumescent fire retardant coating

研究了一种双组分环氧树脂超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料，其中A组分主要以环氧树脂（E-51）为成膜物质，聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、三聚氰胺为膨胀阻燃体系，并分别添加二氧化钛、石墨烯微片和可膨胀石墨进行改性，B组分主要以聚酰胺140为固化剂。实验取得了最佳配比，研究了防火涂层的炭层结构和耐火性能及其防火机理。实验表明，相同条件下可膨胀石墨协效阻燃效果优于石墨烯微片。膨胀炭层主要以P、N、C、O等元素形成“P-N-C”网络结构。A bi-component epoxy dant coating for steel structure ultra-thin inlumescent fire retar was studied. A component was mainly composed of film-forming material that contains epoxy res- in （E-51）and intumescent system which consisted of ammonium polyphosphate, pentaerythritol, melamine. Synergistic flame retar- dants such as titanium dioxide, expandable graphite （EG）, and gra- phenenanoplatelets（GM） were added into A component. B compo- nent mainly consisted of polyamide 140 which was used as curing agent. By experiments, the optimum ratio was gotten. The struc- ture of expanded carbon layer, fire resistance of intumescent coat- ing and fireproof mechanism were studied. The experiment showed that, the synergistic flame retardant effect of EG was better than that of GM under the same conditions. The expansion of carbon layer which mainly contained P, N, C, O elements can form into ＂P-N-C＂ network structure.
