    • PDCA在缩短静脉输液从PIVAS到病区时间上的应用

      目的探索运用质量管理工具缩短静脉输液成品配送时间,使患者更快更好得到输液治疗。方法引入PDCA循环管理办法,对输液运送环节及耗时进行分析,整改优化环节以缩短各环节的时间。结果循环结束后,静脉成品输液人工配送时间得到较明显的缩短,患者及时得到输液治疗率得到明显提高,患者投诉率下降。结论合理应用PDCA循环,可以使静脉输液从配置中心到各个病区护理治疗室的时间明显缩短,促进患者输液及时率提高,患者满意度得到提高。
