Experimental reports for effects of tremella polysaccharides on lipids metabolism

目的探讨银耳多糖对脂类在肠道吸收和对血脂水平的影响。方法分别以1%、2%和4%的银耳多糖掺入高脂饲料中喂养小白鼠和大白鼠,3d后,观察其对肠道脂类吸收的影响。4周后观察其对血脂的影响。结果银耳多糖明显阻抑受试动物肠道对脂类的吸收,与对照组相比(P<0.01),有非常显著差异。4周后检查受试动物的血浆甘油三酯和胆固醇,有明显下降,与对照组相比(P<0.01),有非常显著差异。结论银耳多糖阻抑肠道对脂类的吸收,对因饲喂高脂饲料引起的高脂血症动物有降脂效应。Objective Through animal test to investigate the effects of tremella polysaccharides on the lipids absorption in alimentary canal and lipids level in blood. Methods Took Kunming mice and Wistar rats,the feed mixed by 1%,2% and 4% TPS,After 3 d,investigate the absorption of lipids,after 4 w,analyzed the blood lipids level of the tested animals. Results TPS inhibited absorption of lipids in alimentary canal,compare with the control group,the differences were very signicant(P<0.01). The triglycerids and cholesterol in blood of the tested animals were lower than the control,the differences were very significant.Conclusion TPS has roles inhibiting absorption of lipids in alimentary canal and lowering blood lipids level of the tested animals.
