dc.description.abstract【中文摘要】 对采自中国东南沿海青蟹属的4种青蟹锯缘青蟹Scylla serrata(Forskal,1775),紫螯青蟹S.tranquebarica(Fab-ricius,1798),榄绿青蟹S.olivacea(Herbst,1796),拟穴青蟹S.paramamosain(Estampador,1949)的线粒体COI基因片段进行了测定,分析研究了其种间遗传差异及系统发育关系.研究结果显示:4种青蟹在COI基因片段上存在差异,种间序列差异远大于种内差异.青蟹属在我国的优势种与GenBank上的S.paramamosain的遗传距离为0.001 3,与S.ser-rata的遗传距离为0.121 3.序列特征、遗传距离和系统进化等分析结果表明中国青蟹属的优势种为拟穴青蟹S.para-mamosain. 【英文摘要】 This paper deals with the sequence analysis of mitochondrial COI gene fragment and phylogenetic relationship of 4 mud crabs from the coast of southeast China,Scylla serrata(Forskl,1775),S.tranquebarica(Fabricius,1798),S.olivacea(Herbst,1796),S.paramamosain(Estampador,1949).The results show that genetic distance of inter-species is greater than that of intra-species.The genetic distance between dominant species and S.paramamosain is 0.001 3,and 0.121 3 between dominant species and S.serrata.The results of s...zh_CN
