Effect of Benzo(a)Pyrene, Pyrene and their Mixture Exposure on the Content of Hepatic Reduced Glutathione in Mugil so-iuy

在实验生态条件下 ,研究质量浓度从 0 .1～ 5 0 μg/L的苯并 (a)芘 ,芘及其等质量浓度混合物暴露后对梭鱼 (Mugilso-iuy)肝脏还原型谷胱甘肽质量分数的影响 .结果显示 ,对肝脏还原型谷胱甘肽质量分数影响表现出诱导效应 .存在较好的质量浓度 -效应关系 .质量浓度比为 1∶1的苯并 (a)芘和芘对还原型谷胱甘肽质量分数的联合效应为拮抗作用 .The effects of benzo(a)pyrene , pyrene and their mixture exposure in a short period of time (4 days) on the content of hepatic reduced glutathione (GSH) in Mugil so-iuy were studied at concentration of 0.1～50μg/L, in experimental condition. The results showed that the levels of the GSH were induced. There was a better correlation between the levels of the GSH and the concentration of the pollutants. The joint effect of BaP and pyrene at 1∶1 concentration ratio on the level of the GSH in Mugil so-iuy was antagonistic.
