Abstract
本文测定彩鹬(Rostratula benghalensis)的细胞色素b(Cyt b)基因全序列,从分子生物学的角度探讨彩鹬的系统分类地位.结合从GenBank检索的鸻形目22个物种和鹳形目白鹳的Cyt b全序列,采用最大简约法、最大似然法和贝叶斯法,以白鹳为外群,重建鸻形目共23个鸟类物种的Cyt b序列的分子系统树.结果表明,彩鹬类是鹬亚目中独特的一支,其传统分类上的科级地位应当继续保留.
 
In this article we sequenced the complete mitochondrial cytochrome b(Cyt b) gene of greater painted-snipe(Rostratula benghalensis) and investigated the taxonomic status of it from the viewpoint of molecular biology.Integrating the complete sequences of Cyt b of other 22 species of Charadriiformes and white stork(Ciconia ciconia,Aves,Ciconiiformes) obtained from Genbank,we reconstructed the molecular phylogenetic trees of 23 species of Charadriiformes,of which the outgroup was white stork,by the methods of maximum parsimony,maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference.The results indicated that the painted-snipes formed a special clade of Scolopaci,and their conventional family level in taxonomy should be retained.
