dc.description.abstract【中文摘要】 刚孵化的锯缘青蟹第一期蚤状幼体 ,经不同时间饥饿后再予投饵 ,结果表明 ,饥饿可显著降低幼体的存活率和延长其发育期 ,饥饿时间 ( t)和发育期长 ( D)呈线性关系 ( D=4 .81+1.81t,r=0 .96,p<0 .0 0 1) ,对于青蟹蚤 I 幼体 ,起始饥饿时间超过 4 d,再予投饵 ,幼体均不能恢复到正常发育和蜕皮 ,即其“不可恢复点 ( point of no- return,PNR)”约为 4 d.若幼体孵化后马上投喂 ,但在投喂后不同时间间隔使幼体饥饿 ,50 %青蟹蚤 I 幼体达到“营养贮存饱和点 PRS50 ( Point- of- reservesaturation)”的投喂时间为 2 .3d,约为正常发育期长 4 .5d的一半 .对已通过 PRS点的幼体 ,饥饿一般不影响其蜕皮和发育 ,甚至还有一定促进作用 【英文摘要】 Effects of particular starvation on survival and development of newly hatched zoea 1 larvae of the mud crab, Scylla serrata , were investigated in the laboratory. The results showed that duration of larval development and mortality rates of the larvae of the crab increased with the prolongation of the initial feeding period and even a short period (8 or 12 hours) of starvation right after hatching, the survival and development of the larvae were affected.
