dc.description.abstract采用 AO染色、荧光计数方法 ,报道 1997年 8月台湾海峡南部 ( 117°5’~ 119°9’E,2 2°4’~2 4°3’N)海域异养性鞭毛虫丰度、生物量及其分布 .结果表明 ,调查海域各测站异养性鞭毛虫丰度范围 391× 10 3~ 184 6× 10 3cell· L-1,平均 94 9× 10 3cell· L-1;换算为含炭量 ,范围 3.64~ 16.96μg· C· L-1,平均 8.4 5μg· C· L-1.鞭毛虫大小以 2~ 2 2 μm粒径的细胞为主 ,占总细胞数的 96.2 % .鞭毛虫高生物量区在调查区的南部水域 ,其生物量比海区平均生物量高近 1倍 ;比其它测站的高了3~ 5倍 .垂直分布不均匀 ,0~ 30 m水层是鞭毛虫的主要分布水层 .连续观测结果表明 ,本海区的异养性鞭毛虫数量有明显的 2 4 h节律变化 ,但相邻 2个测站鞭毛虫数量昼夜变化的峰值时间不相一致 ,相差约 6h左右 【英文摘要】 Abundance and biomass of heterotrophic nanoflagellates (HNF) in southern Taiwan Strait (117°5’~119°9’E, 22°4’~24°3’N) were firstly investigated in August, 1997 and reported. Based on analysis of 103 samples collected from the waters, the abundance of HNF were in the range 391×10 3~1 846×10 3 cell·L -1 , average 949×10 3 cell·L -1 , with 96.2% of cell size composed of 2~22 μm in all HNF met in the samples.
