dc.description.abstract【中文摘要】 本文总结近10a来对锯缘青蟹(Scyllaserrata)幼体的营养需求与代谢机理的研究结果。表明:刚孵化的蚤1趋于肉食性,轮虫是早期幼体的良好饵料;对于后期幼体,卤虫则为适宜饵料。不同的饵料搭配及喂食方式会影响幼体的干重和C、H、N含量。饥饿会显著降低幼体存活和延长发育。对蚤1不可恢复点约为4d。孵化后即投喂,但在投喂后不同时间隔使其饥饿,50%幼体达营养贮存饱和点为2.3d。在不同营养状态下,蚤1肝胰腺细胞,特别是R-细胞的超微结构发生了较明显的变化,这可作为营养状况的生理指标。幼体消化道随发育逐渐复杂化,胃磨、腺滤器在蚤111期开始成型,中肠上皮细胞分化、液胞增多,这与幼体代谢有关。蚤111、蚤v及大眼幼体对营养的需求很敏感,如饵料供应不足,死亡率特别高,是人工育苗的关键期,消化道组织化学和消化酶活力研究也予以证实。从而提出了饵料中添加消化酶以提高幼体存活率的措施。 【英文摘要】 The present paper summarizes nearly a decade of research on nutritive requirements and metabolic mechanisms of larvae of the mud crab, Scylla serrata. The newly hatched zoea-1larvae appear to be basically cannlbalisrn, rotifer, Branchionus plicatilis appear to be a suitable diet for the early larvae. For the later zoeae, Artemia becomes a good diet.
