Studies on Biochemical Compositions during Ovarian Development of Mud Crab,Scylla serrata(Forskal)
【中文摘要】 青蟹雌体卵巢发育过程中，３种器官组织糖元含量（＜０．０５％）均低于蛋白质和总脂的含量，卵巢的蛋白质和总脂含量从Ⅱ至Ⅴ期显著增加，产卵后期（Ⅵ）明显下降，肝胰腺的蛋白质含量变化不大，而其总脂含量恰与卵巢的脂含量变化趋势相反，初步认为，随性腺发育脂类可能由肝胰腺向卵巢转移，肌肉的蛋白质和总脂含量变化均不大，卵巢的含水量在Ⅱ～Ⅴ期显著下降，Ⅵ期明显上升，肝胰腺和卵巢的含水量变化趋势相似。肌肉的含水量则基本恒定。 【英文摘要】 The contents of glycogen , protein & total lipids from various organs &. tissues:muscle,ovary & hepatopancreas , measured during the ovarian development were as follows. The con-tents of glycogen (<0. 05% ) were all much lower than those of protein & lipids. The protein & totallipids of ovaries increased with ovarian maturation from stage Ⅱ (early-developing) to Ⅴ (ripe) , &then considerably decreased at stage Ⅵ (spent ).
