dc.description.abstract【中文摘要】 锯缘青蟹(Scyllaserrata)卵母细胞的卵黄粒形成是通过多种胞器的共同作用完成的。粗面内质网和线粒体是参与卵黄粒和脂滴形成的主要胞器,其演化方式复杂多样:高尔基液泡和胞溶酶体不同程度参与卵黄粒的形成;卵黄粒还可直接在胞质中聚集形成,此外.微吞饮颗粒可参与卵黄合成表明部分卵黄物质也来源于卵母细胞之外.中文讨论了上述结构在卵黄发生中的变化特点和作用。还描述了卵黄粒内一种类似“微管”的微细结构。 【英文摘要】 Vitellogenesis in oocytes of the m ud crab,scylla,serrata is investigaged bymeans of electron microscopy.Rough endoplasmic reticulurn and rnitochondria are the main or-ganelles in the formation with complex a nd various ways of yolk granules a nd lipiddropletes;Golgi vacuoles and lysosomes are involved in the formation of yolk granules;Yolk granules Canalso be formed directly by aggregating in ooplasm.
