dc.description.abstract改革开放以来,中新劳务合作取得了一定的成绩。近年来,中新劳务合作出现一些矛盾与纠纷。如何保住我国劳动力在新加坡劳务市场上的地位,进一步扩大我国对外劳务输出规模?菲律宾作为世界上劳务输出的大国,其独特的劳务政策值得我们借鉴。
dc.description.abstractSingapore is the biggest overseas labor export market for China. Since 1979, some remarkable achievements in labor cooperation have been made between the two countries. But in the past few years, some disputes came out between chinese laborers and Singaporean employers. How to retain the position of Chinese labor in the labor market of Singapore and further expand the scale of labor export of China? As a big labor exporter in the world, the unique labor export policy of the Philippines deserves our use for reference.
