dc.description.abstract[中文文摘]利用ISSR分子标记对10个优质红锥品种进行基因组多态性分析.从20条引物中筛选的11条具有扩增多态性的引物共扩增出435条带,其中多态性条带325条,占总扩增条带的74.7%,平均每个引物扩增3.95条.ISSR标记揭示的10个优质红锥品种的遗传相似系数变化范围为0.473 7~0.808 1,平均值为0.728 7.聚类分析可将10个优质红锥品种分为四类.[英文文摘]In this study,inter-simple sequence repeat(ISSR) was evaluated for its potential use in the identification of 10 Castanopsis hystrix.11 out of 20 ISSR primers could generate reproducible polymorphic fragments.The ISSR-PCR assay revealed a total number of 435 DNA bands,325 bands of which were polymorphic(the percentage of polymorphic bands is 74.7%).Optimized ISSR primers amplified 3 to 13 bands with average of 3.95 bands per primer.These 10 Castanopsis hystrix surveyed were classified into 4 major groups.There are obvious differences and abundant genetic diversities among the Castanopsis hystrix species.zh_CN
