dc.description.abstract[中文文摘]为了研究碱性-螺旋-环-螺旋(basic-helix-loop-helix,bHLH)转录因子的生物学功能,通过对开源数据库TIGR中水稻基因序列的预测,我们找到了水稻中的部分bHLH转录因子家族成员.用反转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)的方法在水稻根、茎、叶、花和种子中,对这些成员的表达模式进行分析,然后与已有的拟南芥的表达信息进行比较.结果显示,部分序列相似度较高的bHLH基因,表达模式也较为相似,说明其在功能上可能存在联系.[英文文摘]To study the biologica l function of the bHLH (basic-helix- loop-helix ) transcription factors, according to the prediction result from the rice gene sequences, we obtained some members o f the bHLH transcription factor fam ily. RT-PCR w s performed to detect the expression pattern of these members in the roo,t stem, leaf, flower and seed of rice. Then the re sult w a s com pared to the expression pa-ttern o fArabidop sis. We found that genes with the similar sequences in both Arabido psis and ricem ight have similar expression patterns,this indicates that they may have functiona l similarity.zh_CN
