[英文摘要] Taking the chance of the dialogue between Urban Literature and Shanghai-style Literature of Taiwan set up by Lin Yaode and Shi Zhecun, this paper discusses the dissemination, succeed and variation of the intercoastal urban literature. In 1930’s, The New-feeling School pushed the modern colonial attribute of Urban Literature to a upsurge; in 1940’s, the Shanghai-style writers revivified an urban space of trivial citizen life; and the New-generation writers of Taiwan figured an urban field domain with a good many factors such as the folk and the private, which includes a bigger elucidative space. Through the medium of “feeling”, benefiting from the means of montage, all these urban writings subvert the continuity of story plots and the integrality of characters with intensive attention, and concern the writings for lusts unusually, presenting distinctive innovation and open mind in aesthetic modalities, narrative directions, structural forms, as well as language styles.
