Reform on College Entrance Examination:Fundamental Module and Advanced Module

中国的高考体制是唯一不存在借鉴、依附的教育体制,它是中国在特定的历史时期为着特定目的而形成的一项制度。然而,现阶段中国的高考制度面临着社会“炮轰”的尴尬。高考制度不是讨论是否需要改革,关键问题是如何改革。本文从三个方面即高考本身的变化、高考与社会互动中的关系、高考的功能角度,分析了高考的复杂性,探讨了一种解决此复杂性的高考改革模式——“基本科目模块+发展科目模块”的方案,对此方案的责任承担者分别为认证机构和高校,并建议此方案的实施应循序渐进,以试点为先,对于认证机构的确立建议从国家作顶层设计入手进行规范,避免一些经济效益追求而扭曲了思路的合理性。Today the System of College Entrance Examination is increasingly a dilemma. While this is in part due relatively to its evolution and roles in the higher education development stage. The shifting from the necessity of College Entrance Examination to methods result in especially much attention on pathway selections. Any efforts at reform of College Entrance Examination must confront these issues: changes in higher education,changes in the relation between higher education and society,and function of higher education. Based on these interrelated issues,the author makes an attempt to explore the pathway on solving them. It is possible nowadays to adapt the combination of fundamental module and advanced module. The accreditation organization and higher education institution will be responsible for the project. For the purpose of this project getting on its way,the top design from the national government is needed,as well as the step discretion and experiment.
