Landfill leachate treatment by a combination of A/O MBR and BAF processes

采用A/OMBR与BAF组合工艺处理垃圾渗滤液,首先用含苯酚和氨氮模拟废水对种污泥进行预驯化处理,然后切换实际垃圾渗滤液进行通水实验,在不同的进水渗滤液稀释比条件下,系统考察A/OMBR和BAF对COD及氨氮的降解情况。研究结果表明,对于A/OMBR处理单元,当进水稀释比分别为9∶1和5∶1时,COD与氨氮的去除率可分别保持在90%和60%左右;而当稀释比减小到2∶1时,COD与氨氮的去除率会分别减小到80%和35%左右。对BAF处理单元,A/OMBR出水中剩余的COD几乎不能被降解,而剩余的氨氮可被继续降解,其结果可使组合工艺的氨氮去除率提高到75%左右。The removal of COD and NH4+ -N characteristics in actuarial landfill leachate treatment have been investigated at various dilution ratios of leachate by a combination of A/O MBR and BAF processes. The incubated activated sludge from an industrial wastewater plant is acclimated initially by simulated water containing phenol and ammonium. The results show that in A/O MBR process,when the dilution ratio of leachate in influent are 9 ∶ 1 and 5 ∶ 1 respectively,the removal efficiencies of COD and NH4+ -N are maintained at about 90% and 60%. However,when this dilution ratio is decreased to 2 ∶ 1,their efficiencies drop to 80% and 35% respectively. In BAF process,it is found that the residual COD in A/O MBR of effluent almost cannot be degraded,only the residual NH4+ -N can be degraded continuously. Consequently,the removal efficiency of NH4+ -N in the whole system can be raised to 75%.
