dc.description.abstract建立了河水中3种酰胺醇类抗生素氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟甲砜霉素的分析方法.利用HLB固相萃取柱进行水样的富集、净化,超高压液相色谱-串联质谱仪多反应监测离子模式进行定性、定量分析.工作曲线的线性范围为1~1 000μg/L,3种目标物的方法检测限为1 ng/L(S/N=10,1 000倍浓缩);加标浓度分别为5.0、20.0和100 ng/L时的回收率为52.1%~77.5%,相对标准偏差1.9%~8.5%(n=4).方法初步应用于福建省九龙江下游河水样品的分析.
dc.description.abstractA method for the simultaneous determination of 3 amide alcohol antibiotics(Thiamphenicol,Florfenicol and Chloramphenicol) in river water was developed with Oasis HLB SPE column preconcentration and detection of ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray tandem mass spectrometry.Good linearities were obtained in the range of 1.0~1 000 μg/L.The method detection limits were 1.0 ng/L(S/N=10,concentration factor=1 000).Recoveries in riverwater were between 52.1%~77.5% at 5.0,20.0 and 100.0 ng/L spiking levels with relative standard deviations(RSD,n=4) in the range of 1.9%~8.5%.The method has been successfully applied in the survey of amide alcohol residue in the Jiulong river,Fujian province.
