Determination of Harmful Elements in Liuwei Dihuang PillsMeasured with Microwave Digestion and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS)

目的:测定六味地黄丸中铅、镉、汞、砷的含量。方法:用微波消解样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定,用国家一级标准物质茶叶(GBW07605)以及用加样回收实验以验证方法的精密度、准确度。结果:加样回收率为92%-98%,相对标准偏差小于2.0%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确、可靠。测定结果表明,多数六味地黄丸产品中重金属含量超标,应加强中药质量监控。Objective:Determining the contents of harmful elements including Pb,Cd,Hg and As in Liuwei Di- huang pills.Method:Samples were digested with microwave digestion system,and were measured with ICP-MS. The accuracy and precision of the method were validated by measuring the tea reference material(GBW07605). Results:The detection limits of the four elements ranged from 0.002 to 0.4μg·L~(-1) with the relative standard de- viations(RSD)ranging from 1.6% to 1.9%,the recoveries ranged from 92% to 98%.Conclusion:The contents of the four elements in the different products of the Liuwei Dihuang pills are significantly different,and mostly ex- ceed the regulated limits.
