Synthesis of Sodium N-lauroyl Sarcosinate

以月桂酸和肌氨酸钠为原料合成了N -月桂酰肌氨酸钠,讨论了肌氨酸钠浓度、溶液pH值、溶剂、反应温度对反应结果的影响.结果表明肌氨酸钠浓度、pH值、肌氨酸钠溶液与有机溶剂体积之比、反应时间对反应结果的影响较大,产品的收率可达83. 13%,纯度可达96%以上.对制得的样品进行了红外光谱分析,其谱图与N 月桂酰肌氨酸钠标准谱图一致.测定了N- 月桂酰肌氨酸钠在不同浓度下的表面张力,得到其临界胶束浓度为8. 71×10-4 mol/L.Sodium N-lauroyl sarcosinate was synthesized from lauric acid and sodium sarcosine.The effects of concentration of (sodium) sarcosine,pH value,the volume ratio of aqueous sodium sarcosine and organic solvent,and temperature on the reaction yield were investigated.Some properties of the product were determined.The results indicate that the effects of concentration of sodium sarcosine,pH value,the volume ratio of aqueous sodium sarcosine and organic solvent,and reaction time are remarkable.Yield of (83.13%) based on lauric acid for sodium N-lauroyl sarcosinate is achieved with purity above 96%.The sample prepared was studied (using) infrared spectrum and the obtained spectrum is agreed with the standard spectrum of sodium N-lauroyl sarcosinate.The surface tensions were measured in different concentration of sodium N-lauroyl sarcosinate and the critical micelle concentration is found to be 8.71×10~(-4) mol/L.
