A Study on the Structure and Contents of Flavonoids in the Leaves of Cyclocarya Paliurus (Batal.) Iljinsk

研究青钱柳 (Cyclocaryapaliurus (Batal.)Iljinsk .)叶中的黄酮化合物结构及含量分布。采用溶剂萃取及多种色谱技术分离纯化 ,根据理化性质和光谱分析方法鉴定其结构 ,确定从青钱柳中分离得到山柰酚、槲皮素和异槲皮苷 3个黄酮单体化合物 ,并用反相高效液相色谱法对其含量进行了测定 ,测得各自在甲醇和水提取物中的含量 :山柰酚 0 .0 387% ,0 .0 337% ;槲皮素 0 .0 6 1 5 % ,0 .0 6 0 3% ;异槲皮苷 0 .5 4 3% ,0 .4 6 4 %。The structure and contents of flavonoids in the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) iljinsk were studied. The chemical components of the leaves were isolated by solvent extraction and column chromatography. The chemical structures were identified on the basis of physico chemical constant and spectral data. Three flavonoids compounds: kaempferol *!, quercetin *", and isoquercitrin *# were isolated from the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinsk. The contents of kaempferol, quercetin and isoquercetin in the leaves were determined by gradient reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography on alltima C 18 column(5 μm,150 mm×4.6 mm)with UV detector, at the wavelength of 360 nm. Their contents in the methanol and water extracts are: kaempferol *! 0.0387% and 0.0337%, quercetin *" 0.0615% and 0.0603%, isoquercitrin *# 0.543% and 0.464%, respectively.
