dc.description.abstract研究Tb3 + 钛铁试剂 (TR)络合物荧光猝灭法测定无机磷酸盐的新方法 ,并讨论采用荧光光谱法测定时的最佳条件 :pH 6 .9六次甲基四胺 HCl缓冲溶液 ,1.2× 10 -6mol/LTb3 + ,4 .0× 10 -6mol/LTiron ,λex=317nm ,λem=5 4 6nm。该方法简便 ,灵敏度高 ,线性范围为 0 .0 0 5~ 30mg/L ,检测限为 4 .1μg/L。直接用于尿样中无机磷酸盐的加入回收测定 ,标准加入回收率为 93%~ 98% ,相对标准偏差为 3.5 %。
dc.description.abstractA sensitive method by fluorescence quenching for the determination of inorganic phosphate is proposed. The method is based on the ability of phosphate to inhibit the formation of a strong fluorescent complex of Tb 3+ with Tiron. The optimal conditions for the determination of phosphates were studied, and the possibilities of spectrofluorimetric measurements of these systems were studied under optimal conditions (pH 6.9 in hexamethylene tetramine-HCl buffer, 1.2×10 -6 mol/L of Tb 3+, 4.0×10 -6 mol/L of Tiron, λ ex=317 nm, λ em=546 nm). The linear range of the determination was 0.005~30 mg/L and the detection limit was 4.1 μg/L for phosphate. The method has been applied to determine inorganic phosphate in urine samples with relative standard deviation of 3.5% and recovery of 93%~98%。
