Studies on the Chemical Components of Leonurus artemisia ( lour.) S.Y. Hu Seed
对益母草的果实——茺蔚子的化学成分进行研究 ,结果表明 :茺蔚子含有大量的脂肪油 ,其主要成分为 :亚油酸 ( 42 .62 % )、亚麻酸 ( 2 9.93% )、油酸 ( 2 0 .2 3% )、棕榈酸 ( 5.4 0 % )、硬脂酸 ( 1 .57% )等 ,此外还含有 1 7种氨基酸和 2 4种矿质元素 .其种子含有大量的氨基酸和矿质元素 ,而且种子油含有大量人体所需的不饱和脂肪酸 ,因此 ,其种子和种子油具有较高的营养价值和医疗保健功效 ,具有较大开发利用的价值The chemical components of Leonurus artemisia ( lour .) S.Y. Hu seeds have been studied.The result showed: there are plenty of fatty acids in the seed oil which is necessary for human body .The main components were :linolic acid(42 62%),linolenic acid (29 93%),oleic acid(20 23%),palmitic acid (5 40%) ,stearic acid (1 57%)etc,and seventeen kind amino acids,twenty four kind mineral elements from the seed were also determined.The contents of amino acid and mineral elements in the seeds were abundant and there were plenty of unsaturated fatty acids in its seed oil .the results showed that the seed and its oil were mourishment and in health protection ,and of potential value in exploitation and utilization .
