dc.description.abstract通过夹点技术分析了中国某延迟焦化过程的用能网络.从实际操作数据中提取该延迟焦化过程的用能网络,并通过问题表格法计算得到该网络的夹点位置、最小冷、热用能工程.由此,完成了该用能网络的夹点分析.研究表明,目前该网络用能并非最优,可以采用并提出某些改造用能网络的措施,实现节能.
dc.description.abstractA heat exchanger network(HEN)for an industrial delayed coking process in a Chinese refinery is analyzed by pinch technology.The HEN of the delayed coking process is extracted from the real operating data.Furthermore,the pinch point,the minimum cold utility energy,and the minimum hot utility energy of the HEN are obtained by using the problem table algorithm.Accordingly,the pinch analysis of the HEN is completed.The results showed that the current process is not operated efficiently and there is a possibility to improve the heat exchange.The potentials of improvements for energy-savings are suggested.
