简要报道了激光扫描电化学微区光电流谱测试系统的研制。系统能在微米水平上提供有关半导体 /电解质溶液界面结构和电子学性质方面的信息。着重介绍了系统微机检测与控制部分硬件的设计。A laser scanning electrochemical micro region photocurrent spectrum measurement system was developed. The system can provide information on μm level about the structure and electronic properties of interface of the semiconductor/electrolyte solution. The hardware design of the microcomputer detection and control part of the system are described mainly.
