对经济海产动物光裸方格星虫(SipunculusnudusLinnaeus)若干繁殖生物学作初步研究.主要报导,干露5～8h,成熟星虫亲体可排放精、卵并达成受精和正常胚胎发育,它是行之有效的人工催产方法.产卵(精子团)于体腔与排卵(活动精子)于体外是两个必经的先后生殖过程.体腔液中的精、卵必需通过肾管(兼有排泄和生殖的功能器官)的再成熟,排放才能受精及发育.取自厦门及其附近海域的生殖种群雌雄性比为1:1.2.中细沙质泥的底质为亲体暂养的适宜底质.耐饥饿实验结果表明,43h内亲体仍有50%存活,并且仍可作亲体使用.测定5批体壁干湿重关系,其直线回归为y=0.1810x-0.0078(R2=0.9366,),回归系数与个体大小、季节不呈相关.The paper describes primary studies on some reproductive biology of Sipunculus nudus Linnaeus. The results indicate that after being exposed for 5~8 h, mature Sipunculus nudus Linnaeus will spurn sperm and oocyte and fertilization and normal embryonic development will take place. It is available method for hastening spurning. Producing oocyte (sperm group) in coelom and spurning oocyte (sperm group) out of body are two successive processes of procreation that it should experience. The sperm and oocyte in coelom liquid must re-maturate and spurn through nephridioduct so that fertilization and normal embryonic development will take place. Sipunculus nudus L. spawn in patches. The rate of female to male taken from Xiamen island and near places is 1:1.2 .The bolar benthon with sand is fit for temporary cultivating Sipunculus nudus Linnaeus. The experiment of starvation indicates that 50 pecent of mature Sipunculus nudus L. which can be used as mature ones will be alive after 43 hours. We had mensurated the gravity of five groups of dry and damp body walls. The relation can be shown as y=0.1810x-0.0078 (R~2=0.9366 ), which has no relation with any sample or seasons.
