Distribution pattern of marine flagellate and its controlling factors in the central and north part of the Huanghai Sea in early summer

调查发现初夏黄海中部和北部海洋鞭毛虫的丰度为45～1278个/cm3,平均为479个/cm3;从水平方向上看,黄海中部高于北部,鞭毛虫的丰度随离岸距离增加而递减,近岸水域的数量最高,与等温线的分布比较吻合;在垂直分布上,鞭毛虫的个体密度高峰大多位于温跃层下部,在黄海冷水团中心区域有一高密度区.分析了影响鞭毛虫分布的主要因素,发现温度(尤其是温跃层的存在)对鞭毛虫的分布影响比盐度明显,异养细菌、蓝细菌、甲藻和纤毛虫等鞭毛虫的食物和捕食者对鞭毛虫的分布也有重要影响,异养细菌∶蓝细菌∶鞭毛虫∶甲藻∶纤毛虫比为105∶103∶102∶101∶100,表明这些微型生物之间存在着比较稳定的食物联系.A survey was carried out in the north and central part of the Huanghai Sea (34.5°～37° N, 120.5°～124° E) during June 12～27, 2000. It is found that the abundance of marine flagellate ranges from 45 to 1 278 cells/ml, 479 cells/cm~3 in average. Flagellate is more abundant in the central part than in north part of the Huanghai Sea, and the abundance decreases with the increasing distance from the coast, showing a similar distribution pattern with isotherm. Vertically, high density of flagellate is always presented beneath the thermal cline, and forms a dense accumulation in the central area of the Huanghai Sea Cold Water Mass. The effects of physical and biological factors on the distribution of marine flagellate in the early summer were discussed. Water temperature (especially the existence of thermal cline) rather than salinity shows significant effect on the distribution pattern of marine flagellate in the Huanghai Sea in early summer. When comparing the abundance of marine flagellate with that of other relative microorganisms, it reveals a comparatively stable relationship among these organisms, with a ratio of heterotrophic bacteria to cyanobacteria to flagellate to dinoflagellate to ciliate being 10~5∶10~3∶10~2∶10~1∶10~0.
