dc.description.abstract探讨实验室暂养可口革囊星虫过程中温度和盐度变化对其生存活力的影响.结果表明,可口革囊星虫对温度和盐度的适应范围很广,最大温度范围为0℃~44℃,适温范围为16℃~32℃;最大盐度范围为0~35,适盐范围是5~30,星虫活力好,对刺激反应很灵敏;其中盐度15、20试验组活力最好.
dc.description.abstractTo investigate the survival and activity of Phascoloma esculenta as a foundational work for its temporary-keeping application,the experimental conditions including temporary-keeping water temperature and salinity were studied.The results show that P.esculenta has adapted well to the temporary-keeping water temperature and salinity.The maximal water temperature and salinity ranges from 0 to 44℃ and 0 to 35 psu respectively,moreover,the most optimum temporary-keeping conditions are 16℃~32℃ and 5~30 psu respectively.P.esculenta will grow well under those conditions,sensitively responds to stimulin,especially in salinity 15 and 20 psu.
