dc.description.abstractIn this paper, we apply the theory of fuzzy sets to present a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for scientific and technical innovation ability of regions. This method is applied to analyze comprehensively Guangdong province's Scientific and Technical Innovation Ability in 2001.
