经营业绩具有模糊性和复杂性,它受到多种因素的影响,因此任何单一因素难于对其作出准确的评价,而且以不同因素分别考核经营业绩时,往往会得出不同甚至截然相反的结论。但是,如果借助于模糊数学中的模糊综合评判模型就可综合多种因素对经营业绩作出准确的评价。Management performance is complicated and fuzzy, which is affected by many factors. So management performance could not be evaluated correctly with single factor, and results always vary with the evaluating factors used. But if using the modle of fuzzy comprehensive measurement, we can evaluate management performance all-sidedly and correctly based on various factors.
