Abstract
未来组织结构变革的趋势之一是扁平化。但这种趋势与对传统的组织通过撤消中间管理层次,或者扩大管理幅度所实现的扁平化结构并不是一回事。扁平化趋势的产生是组织结构对外部环境变化做出的一种反应。它是对传统的组织结构形式进行流程再造后建立横向型组织后形成的一种有利于内部的沟通与协调,具有弹性和柔性的组织结构形式。扁平化不是标签,它是各种因素相合协调的结果。而如何取得这些因素之间的高度相合,又与企业所采取的组织结构变革策略有关。 To establish flat organization is the tendency of organizational structure change.But it is different from traditional structure adjustment which is achieved through withdrawing middle levels in hierarchical structure or expansion of span of control.The tendency of flattening organization is the result of respondence of organization structure to environment.Flat organization is the new organization struc- ture that has much advantage of inner communication and cooperation and is more flexible which requires business process reengineering in traditional organization structure.How to adapt the tendency of flattening of organization structure for the today' s organization? Flattening organization is not a label,but the result of coincidence of all kinds of factors.The degree of coincidence of these factors is relative to the tactic of organization structure change taken by the firm.
